Messaging & Community Rules

Effective October 10, 2026

These rules form part of the Courtside Terms. Accept them before messaging or uploading content.

Keep it safe and respectful

• No harassment, bullying, stalking, threats, hateful conduct or targeted abuse.
• No sexual exploitation, grooming, child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors or non-consensual intimate content. Pornography and sexually explicit content are not allowed.
• No fraud, impersonation, phishing, malware, scams, unlawful gambling promotion, spam or attempts to collect another person's credentials.
• No disclosure of another person's private information without permission. Share photos of minors only with the permissions required from a parent or guardian.
• No infringement of copyright, privacy or other rights. Upload only content you are entitled to share.

Report and block

Use Report on a received message to identify the offending content and explain the problem. Use Block in the conversation to stop that account's messages. For a harmful profile, winner link or attachment, email gsyriannis@gmail.com with the relevant player code, link or message reference. Please do not forward unlawful images. Use Report this card on a public winner page to submit an in-page report.

What happens to reports

Authorized administrators can review reported content and related information, remove content or restrict accounts when appropriate. We consider context and applicable law. A report does not guarantee a particular outcome, and this service is not continuously monitored for emergencies. Contact emergency services for immediate danger. Contact us if you believe a restriction was made in error.

Privacy and sharing

Messages are stored to deliver them and are not end-to-end encrypted. Do not share highly sensitive information. A recipient may retain or repost content. A public winner link makes the card available to anyone with that link. Our content license supports operation of the features you choose; using your identifiable image or message for promotion requires separate permission.

Encrypted messages and voluntary reports

New messages and attachments are end-to-end encrypted after device setup; older history is labelled as unencrypted. Administrators receive only text you explicitly select when reporting, together with the reason and routing details. Never share your recovery or device-link code in a public post. Verify changed identity fingerprints with your friend before accepting them.
